    Can’t turn off secure boot

My pc refuses to work because the secure boot key doesn’t work, but I can’t change the secure boot key or secure boot itself. I have tried things like changing boot modes and changing the settings back to factory defaults, but nothing has worked. I have refrained from anything drastic like opening it up or taking it to someone more qualified but I was hoping that I could see if there is anything else I could do. Any help would be appreciated.

    :)
