Windows 10: Can't turn off security USB because I've never had one

I've seen two threads with this question so I'm going to preface this with:

Please, do not tell me how to manage security key options in the settings menu.

When I go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options, and select Security Key. Select Manage and follow the instructions.The first instruction is to "Insert your security key into the USB port"


How do I manage turn off a function when managing it requires me to have something that doesn't exist? My security USB is the thing that does not exist and has never existed.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

That made me so facepalm. Some people have absolutely no clue. I hope they don't take you for granted with all this you're doing for them.

SonicWall is a good security product, so Mindweaver's suggestion sounds like a good one and should make for a rather bigger baby step. Let's hope they take it.

 

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
