Windows 10: cant turn on NumLock always auto toggle off PLEASE HELP FIX THIS

Hello For some time im dealing with the problem with my numlock i want it on and use the num keys on my right side keyboard,the problem : the i want to toggle the numlock on it has 3 actions :When i push the Num Lock key 1 It automaticly writes this "afjlk;d6fjlk;d"2 a window pops out with options when in the web its like clicking the right mouse - at desktop it pick`s random app and do right click on it.3Toggle off.sometimes it toggle off after 1 second sometimes it gives me like 2 min of normal use until it toggle off againand sometimes like now when i wanted to make a photo of it - it

Delay NumLock Toggle

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

I suggest you to hold and press NumLock key for 5 seconds to turn off the toggle keys tone. Now, restart the computer and check if the toggle key is disabled.

To Turn On or Off Toggle Keys Tone

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community, we appreciate your interest in Windows 10.

As you have an issue with sound on toggle keys, I suggest you to change the toggle keys settings
and check.

Steps:

• Press Windows key from keyboard and type
  Toggle.
• Select Hear a tone while pressing Caps lock, Num lock and Scroll lock.
• Under Toggle keys, change the settings and check.

If the issue still persists, Run troubleshooter from
Fix sound problems and check.
