Windows 10: can't turn on virtual platform machine after restarting it stucks black

Discus and support can't turn on virtual platform machine after restarting it stucks black in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; when I turn on virtual platform machine then it ask restart after restarting it shows working on update then again it restart . after windows loading...     when I turn on virtual platform machine then it ask restart after restarting it shows working on update then again it restart . after windows loading logo it stucks black screen no cursor ,no dots etc

    In what case would I need to install the Virtual Machine Platform (found in - Turn Windows features on or off)? What is it good for?

    Can't enable"Virtual Machine Platform"

    I'm running Windows 10 on ASUS FX705DY AU072T.

    Windows doesn't boot after enabling "Virtual Machine Platform" and just shows a black screen after showing the windows 10 logo during boot.

    I've tried it on updated version 1909 and also after updating to version 19041.264 I can't use WSL 2 because of this.

    How can this be fixed?

    Windows Hypervisor Platform and Virtual Machine Platform

    I have "ASUS TUF Gaming FX505DT” with “AMD Ryzen 5 3550H” with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx, 2100 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s) and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 running on “Windows 10 Home 2004”

    I wanted to run AVD in Android Studio for that:

    I enabled “SVM” in BIOS (BIOS Version/Date: “American Megatrends Inc. FX505DT.310, 12/24/2019”)

    and I also enabled
    “Virtual Machine Platform” and “Windows Hypervisor Platform” from “Turn Windows features on or off”

    But whenever I do this my laptop freezes on boot and it is just the black screen.

    When I disable SVM in BIOS, only then it will boot normally.

    This did not work even on previous versions of Windows that I had.
