Windows 10: Can't type letters on login, can’t access PC

Hi, I am having a rare issue that I cannot find solution anywhere online.On my startup screen, all of a sudden today I can’t type letters in the password bar, but number keys and Enter key are working. I tried on screen keyboard, it’s the same.However when I was messing around with it earlier, I clicked on “forgot password” and in that pop up window I could type letters no problem, but I didn’t reset at the time.Now that I have tried too many times, it locked me out and required me to do a sequence of letters to verify, and I can type letters in that bar, but once I get pass that and am back t

Keyboard problems extra letters when I type g, t, h and y

Since 12/9/16 when Windows 10 was updated, I get extra letters when I type g, t, h and y

 

Hitting the letter T when typing causes focus to jump to and open Edge Browser. How do I remove this?

Windows 10, desktop PC, when typing in MS Word or in MS Outlook, hitting the letter T causes focus jump to and open Edge Browser.

How do I remove this?

 

Can`t access the BIOS on my pc

thanks to answer my question, first of all...

but the problem is since I upgrade my pc to windows 10 I cant get access into the BIOS.

when i was using the windows 7 was able to access if i would press the "del" a few times while the pc was booting up.

But now it doesn`t work, not even f8 that before would let me get into the boot menu....

what should I do?

I already have tried to the option of the troubleshooting "start-up repair" and still did not work.

and again i want to mention that this is not a UEFI bios, is the old type of BIOS.
