    Can't type pairing code in Bluetooth window


    I am trying to pair my Echo Dot to my desktop to use it as a bluetooth speaker. I am using a USB bluetooth dongle which worked fine before but then it stopped working so i tried to re-pair the device. I can see the echo dot in settings and when I click on it the window comes up to enter the pairing code but I cannot actually type the code into the box so I am unable to pair it. I have also tried initiating the connecting from the echo side which also brings up the window to enter the code but this wont work either. Any ideas?
