Windows 10: Can’t type @ symbol Samsung Galaxy notebook

Hi, New device running windows 11 purchased in Spain I’ve tried :Shift 2Alt 2Alt gr 2Shift Alt 2 Shift Alt gr 2 Control 2 Etc etc All of the above with the Q key It works on the touch screen keyboard Keyboard is set to English UK Any ideas? ‍Thank you

I need to update my Samsung note. I had planned to get the Samsung 8 and the Samsung Galaxy Notebook with Windows 10. My question, will I be able to retrieve my documents from my pc from my notebook or vice versa. I'm a travel agent and I will need to
be able to retrieve documents from either of the devices. I'm speaking of Word and Powerpoint documents. If not, is there a cloud that I could save the documents to and the retrieve them from anywhere? Thanks in advance.
