    I am trying to uninstall two programs that are listed in my Microsoft Uninstall Menu. I keep getting the notification RunDLL "There was a problem starting C:\Program The specified module could not be found. The programs are AURA and AURAGraphics Card. I've searched the directories of the Aura and Aura Graphics Card and it seems the files are still in their appropriate directories.


    I have search all previous request here and on other sites for a fix and none have worked.


    I ran the program MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta.diagcab and went through the options, selected uninstall, and apply fixes automatically but the program isn't listed in the items. So I select "Not Listed" then I am asked for the program product code which nobody seems to know. See Picture below.



    I've used Revo Uninstaller and Geek Uninstaller and still get the same "Specified module could not be found" message. The programs are listed in these uninstallers, but they are not able to be uninstalled.


    Not sure what to do at this point. I don't like the idea of just deleting the files and leaving everything else in the registry. Any help would be appreciated.

    I am wanting to uninstall an old unused Simply Accounting program from a DELL XPS 12 running Windows 10.

    This message comes up:

    "RunDLL

    There was a problem starting C:\Program

    The specified module could not be found."

    I think I have a simple problem. I am operating Windows 10 Pro and I keep getting the RunDLL startup message
