Windows 10: Can't uninstall latest quality update

After an update some of my apps broke so I wanted to uninstall the latest quality update but it keeps telling me the password is incorrect even though I've checked and the password is correct. Also tried changing it and is still says the same thing. Any help?

Uninstalling latest quality update

My laptop had a windows update failure and it is not starting up. I wanted to uninstall latest quality update but it kept on saying that my password is incorrect. How to uninstall it? Please help.

 

Cannot Uninstall Latest Quality Update (KB4556799)

Running Win 10 Home, Version 1909 on Acer Aspire A515-43

When I go to Settings>Update History>Select Update I can see and highlight the update but there is no uninstall
option!
So I start in advanced startup mode - I can select the Uninstall latest Quality update option and get the message
"Sorry, we ran into a problem and cannot uninstall the latest quality update" message

How can I uninstall the update (and more important, why can't I uninstall using routine methods)

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
