Windows 10: Cant uninstall or reinstall any programs games system files or tool files related to any...

I cant uninstall any games from game pass. I get error 0x80073cfa from game pass and on add remove program it just says cant be uninstalled. i have tired to just get rid of the files on the computer. they say need admin so i turn on admin access then i get access denied if i want to uninstall sys32 files because i think its funny why am i being stopped i own this computer i cant elevate me the administrator, owner and user of the computer to full use access by any means . i tried to chat in on 5 different bowsers including ie and edge i cant get a person on the support site just asks me to sign in. never lets me put any info in spins for a while then ask me to click sign in again. i did this for 2 hours. these games are starting to take up far to much space.

Are my Registry Files all legitimate programs?

Isn't there a web tool whereby I can check if programs listed in my REGISTRY FILES are legitimate programs?

Can't uninstall game programs

I installed 6 hidden object games from a DVD-ROM that I bought. I finished playing all the games on it but when I go to add/remove programs none of them are on the list. I used the files explorer and searched the folders for all 5 games and none of them
have an uninstall.exe file. There is no uninstall option in the game menus either. If I right click on the programs in the program list, an uninstall option id listed but if I click on it, it just sends me to add/remove programs and it is still not on the
list. I tried reinstalling one of them and that didn't help either.
