    Administrator Rights

New Windows 11 Laptop. I'm the owner and only user of this Laptop at home. I'm listed as the Administrator in Users and Groups. I'm trying out Video Editors. I'm trying to uninstall one program, using Control Panel, Programs. When I click on the Program, and click on Uninstall, a window pops up that states, "You don't have sufficient access to uninstall (the Program). Please contact your System Administrator. This is the only program that I have tried to uninstall that has caused this window to pop up. I've not had any problems uninstalling any other program. If I'm the only user on this Laptop, and my account states that I'm the administrator, am I logged in as the Administrator, or is there an extra step?
