Windows 10: Can't uninstall, repair nor install vcredist 2015-2022

Hello!I am unable to install an application due to the above mentioned vcredist problem. Everytime I try to mess with it, a reboot required appears in order to continue. And this loops over and over. no matter how many times I restart my system.So far I have tried to reboot a lot of times, ran sfc /scannow, downloaded the microsoft tshoot tool https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed-cca7d1b6-65a9-3d98-426b-e9f927e1eb4d, searched through the registry for existence of "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersio

Cannot install/uninstall Visual C++ 2015-2022  

I had already tried that. Didn't work. See attachment. - - - Updated - - - You can see that the problem is that the msi file it's trying to locate doesn't exist. I have 5 other of the same files and I have tried to replace the source with the path of these other runtime msi files, but none of them will work. You can see the one it tries to use 00AC... isn't on the list of ones actually on my computer, but if I change the path to one of these other ones that is on my computer none of them will work.

I cannot install the x86 2015-2022 C++ because I think it cannot uninstall the previous one installed. Here are the errors during installation. Version 22H2 19045.2846
