Windows 10: Can't unlock computer

I disabled Windows host services because it was slowing down my Internet and i searched it up and it told me to disable it. Now I can't use my PIN because it says "something happened and your PIN isn't available". My fingerprint sensor isn't working either and I don't know my password. When I click I forgot my password it just brings me back into my wallpaper and the time. Can anyone please help I've got an exam tommorow?Thanks

I'm have a T-Mobile Dash and it's currently on the T-Mobile system. I'm looking to unlock so I can use another service provider. Any suggestions on how I can find the software to unlock the device?

Thanks for your suggestion, but this is a prepaid phone --- no contract. As I said T-Mobile lists the number under an unknown carrier and suggested I contact Microsoft.

 

Unlocking N95 - T Mobile

Guys

Can anyone suggest anything

I have contacted T-Mobile for an unlock code which I have received. The instructions warn that not all N95's can be unlocked and that Nokia offer no explanation for that.

I have entered the code they supplied and you've guessed it () - the phone will not unlock. I am therefore stuck with an N95 that I cannot use on other networks. I am particularly keen to do this as I get a poor signal where I live and I wanted to check which
network offered the best signal on the N95 (by using their free sims) before I moved network.

Any suggestions as to how I may get the phone unlocked?
