Windows 10: Can't unlock Microsoft Authenticator

This is on iPhone. Latest OS, and latest version of the app. When I open Authenticator, I get a screen saying "Authenticator locked". There is an "Unlock" underneath it, but pressing it does nothing. I've used the app previously without any issues.
