Windows 10: Can't unlock my account

Hi Dear Microsoft Team,When I try to log in to my personal microsoft account, it says that this account is blocked due to too many incorrect login attempts. The weird thing is, I always sign in with my credentials autofilled. Maybe someone tried to log in to my account. Anyway, I changed my password, but the problem still persists. When I try to log in with my new password, it still says blocked and there is no way to unblock it. please note: I am not adding my personal email address here for the security reasons.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

I'm have a T-Mobile Dash and it's currently on the T-Mobile system. I'm looking to unlock so I can use another service provider. Any suggestions on how I can find the software to unlock the device?

Thanks for your suggestion, but this is a prepaid phone --- no contract. As I said T-Mobile lists the number under an unknown carrier and suggested I contact Microsoft.
