Windows 10: Can’t unlock my HP laptop

I’ve been using the same passcode since I’ve had my computer.. now it’s saying it’s the incorrect password. HP wants me to pay to help, but says it’s a Microsoft issue. I need help.. It’s saying I can reset my account.. I did that. Stills saying my password is incorrect.

I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

This is a frequent problem am sure as you have already seen from online searches.

Flea power is usually the culprit here, basically its residual power that remains on the computer even after thecomputer has been shutdown. You can drain the flea power with the steps the other answers have suggested.

• Disconnecting the battery and adapter
• Press the hardpress the power button for 30 seconds
• This should clear the flea power

unlocked t-mobile dash upgrading to WM6

I'm have a T-Mobile Dash and it's currently on the T-Mobile system. I'm looking to unlock so I can use another service provider. Any suggestions on how I can find the software to unlock the device?
