Windows 10: Can’t unlock my Pc due to the security issues

Hello. My Pc was locked due to the security situation. I update my personal info at the website, but when I checked it, it says that I will unlock my Pc only on 27.11.23 when the security update comes. I would like to solve that, cause I need my Pc asap

unlocked t-mobile dash upgrading to WM6

I'm have a T-Mobile Dash and it's currently on the T-Mobile system. I'm looking to unlock so I can use another service provider. Any suggestions on how I can find the software to unlock the device?

Thanks for your suggestion, but this is a prepaid phone --- no contract. As I said T-Mobile lists the number under an unknown carrier and suggested I contact Microsoft.
