    i have a folder that i have deleted that was pinned to quick access, that I can't open because it no longer exists. however, when I hit unpin from quick access nothing happens.

    Same here. A folder that does not exist cannot be unpinned from the Quick access list. What can be done please to remove it?

    Cannot unpin folder shortcut from Quick Access

    I have a shortcut in Quick Access that cannot be unpinned. It is pointing to a folder that did not exist, so when I tried to unpin it complained that the folder did not exist. So to bypass that error, I created the folder but now when I try to unpin it does
    nothing.

    Any clues?

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
