Windows 10: Can't update computer due to error code 0x80070003

I have tried many fixes including sfc /scannow, troubleshooter, restarting etc.When running SetupDiag, it gave this error:Error: SetupDiag reports abrupt down-level failure.Last Operation: Error: 0x80070003 - 0x20008 LogEntry: 2024-08-24 14:15:43, Error CHostIsUEFICompliantChecker failed. [Failed to check whether host has UEFI disk layout.] HRESULT = 0x80070003[gle=0x00000001]I believe this is the issue, however, I am unsure of how to solve this.https://imgur.com/a/5stBLPf is an image of my disk management I couldn't upload an image to this for some reason

I suggest you to follow the steps given in the link below and check if it helps you. Select Windows 8.1 from the Product list.

Let us know the status of the issue.

 

Windows defender doesn't update- Error code 0x80070003

This applies to Windows 8/8.1 and probably applies to Win 10. Many of the suggested fixes for various issues have yet to be updated by MS to reflect whether they are applicable to the new OS.

I am unable to open various apps and update them due to the error 0x80070003. Please help as this is really frustrating and the windows update fix it tool does not rectify the problem.
