Windows 10: Can't update HP dv6-1350us Laptop from Win10 v 1809 OS Build 17763.1217 to any 190x Feature...

I have been trying to update my HP dv6-1350us laptop from Win10 1809 OS Build 17763.1217 to the 1903/1909 Feature Update for well over a year and continue to have the same problem on every attempt. I have tried numerous "fixes" but still get the same message every time. At some point during the update, the system shuts down and stays off. When I turn it back on I get the following message: "Undoing changes made to your computer..." After that I get the login screen and the system runs fine. I have tried "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" and then "sfc /scannow" with no errors - "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.". I have tried installing both the 1903 and 1909 updates from a DVD created using the Windows 10 media creation tool supplied by you MS. I removed all peripherals including the mouse. I have checked the C: drive for errors numerous times. I have NOT uninstalled my anti-malware software though, which includes ESET Internet Security Premium and Malwarebytes Premium.

I can send you my setuperr.log and setupact.log files if needed but I'm not sure how to do that... At this point I am at a total loss and would appreciate any help you can give me. FYI, I have contacted HP, ESET and Malwarebytes support which hasn't helped and in fact they all tell me the update should work. Also, FYI, I serviced many types of computers from 1977-2018 and worked solely on Windows PC's from the late 90's until a couple of years ago when I retired.

Updates fails (Build 17763)

I've not been receiving updates for a few months now. It keeps failing. I have a 1TB M2 drive Samsung magician reports it as good. Could it be related to my key?

What is the latest stable build of Win10 ?

Does the Win10 update's "keep my files":
1.) Remove Firefox Mozilla's saved user+pass list ?
2.) Remove HP laptop's pre-installed drivers & programs like: HP utility, HP cool sense and such...
3.) I have also a online-paid MsOffice 2013 and update probably removes it... Do I just pick the serial number and use it again ?
