Windows 10: Can't update Microsoft Store itself with error 0x80073D02

I've just installed clean version with drive formatting of Windows 10, and I can't update Windows Store itself, but other apps in it updates great.

In Downloads and updates section of Microsoft Store, Microsoft Store itself, asks to be updated, when I hit Update button, it's installing, closing Store, relaunches and asks to Update itself again.

I've tried:

1. WRESET via command prompt.

2. Troubleshooting via integrated Windows app.

3. Reset in Apps & Features.

I'm running latest Windows 10 Pro v 10.0.19041 Build 19041 with all installed updates via Windows Update

Event viewer in System section reporting about errors:

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073D02: 9NBLGGH3FRZM-Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00.

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073D02: 9PLL735RFDSM-Microsoft.NET.Native.Runtime.2.2.

Event viewer in Application section informs about:

Fault bucket , type 0

Event Name: StoreAgentInstallFailure1

Response: Not available

and:

Fault bucket 1543319055289849924, type 5

Event Name: StoreAgentInstallFailure1

Response: Not available

Store update error 0x80073D02

Hi i just installed Windows 10 and im getting this error 0x80073D02, when i open up the store i see the Store app updating and as soon as it starts downloading the update it says Error, try again. The error code is 0x80073D02, in case you need it.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I was lead to this thread by a windows support rep. I am getting the error attached when i run wsreset.exe. The store and related apps dont run, i also cannot see my account settings in the settings manager. I hope you can help.
