Windows 10: Can't update past 17711 Windows Insider

I am on the fast ring for Windows Insider builds. I have not been able to update past 17711. I have tried a number of different ways to force the to happen and none of them worked. I have tried to run bootable Media but nothing seems to work. I was able to update Windows Defender definitions. My previous versions of Windows were automatically removed.

Windows Insider 17711 will not upgrade

You can try to download latest official ISO from Microsoft and use that to update your OS.

- Download build 17713 ISO (Slow Ring) from here:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewiso

- In file explorer right click that downloaded ISO and select Mount

- From new virtual disk locate setup.exe and run that to update 17711 -> 17713

- If that fails you can use Rufus Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way to create bootable USB and use that for clean install.

When you have build 17713 installed you can change it to Fast Ring and update to latest build which is now 17735.

Windows Insider 17711 will not upgrade

I'm currently running Insider Build 17711 and since this version has installed I haven't been able to get off it. Starting from 17713, hitting the restart button (or Update and Restart from the Start Menu) simply restarts the device. No update is attempted
on either the shutdown or start-up of the machine

The update being installed changes. I've tried restarting for 17713, 17730, 17733 and now 17735. Always the machine performs a simple restart

I have emptied the WU cache, tried a manual install, offered a sacrifice, but nothing has worked and I'm about to lose my mind

Can anyone please help?
