Windows 10: Can't update past Version 1909, multiple error codes including: 0x80070652 then 0xc1900107...

Then now I'm stuck on the 0x80242016 code.


I've run the Stop the BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and the Windows Update Services. Deleted the Software/catroot folders, restarted the services, made them automatic, run sfc scan now, run DISM commands and etc. Restarted my PC multiple times, etc.


What do I do now?? I'm so lost.
