    Can't update/repair Windows 11 22H2 to 23H2


    Trying to resolve a number of issues with my son's computer, successfully having some bad RAM replaced by the manufacturer. There are a number of things off with windows, such as not being able to get msconfig to run, microsoft store not opening, and windows update not running properly. For windows update, I get:Windows 11, version 23H2 - install error 0x8007371b 2024-04 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 KB5036620 - Install error - 0x80070002I have tried to update the windows installation while keeping the apps. I created Windows 11 23
