Windows 10: Can't update to 20H2 from 1909 Error Code 0xc0000005

Hi, I've been trying to update to 20H2 from 1909 using the Windows 10 Update Assistant Tool. I get the following error. 0xc0000005

Here's what I've done:

• Updated all my drivers from my motherboard manufacturer to the latest, including BIOS.
• Ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
• Ran sfc /scannow
• Ran chkdsk/f C: and restarted.
• Clear SoftwareDistribution folder.
• Remove all external hardware except for USB Keyboard and Mouse
• Joined the Windows insider to get it to attempt to update using the normal windows update utility (gets same error with same error in Reliability Monitor when trying to update to 20H2)

Additional information:

• I'm not running any third-party antivirus (only running Windows Defender)
• OS build 18363.1350
• Also tried on OS build 18363.1316

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Yes, I have had updates for 1909 and Windows Defender, also drivers etc.
I did have an update for 2004 but never installed it, then it was replaced by 20H2 and I never installed that either.
Then 20H2 was deleted and replaced by a step back note, which has been there some time and seems stuck -
