Windows 10: Can't update to Win 10 version 1909 because of error code 0x8000ffff

    How do I fix Error 0x8000ffff for update version 1909? How can i completely disable the MS Store and cast it into the realm it belongs??

    Win 10 Pro update version 1909

    Win 10 update version 1909 fails to install error code 0x80240034. Trouble shooter recommends command prompt sequence which doesn't run (command not valid.) All advice appreciated!
