All these didn't work

Solution 1 – Disable third-party antivirus software only have bitdefender rn window security isn't working at all.

Solution 2 – Run SFC and DISM scanssfc/scannow no errors

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:WIM:X:SourcesInstall.wim:1 /LimitAccess

Solution 3 – Run Windows Update troubleshooter
Solution 4 – Reset Windows Update components

Solution 5 – Take ownership of System Volume Information directory

I've tried more stuff but im exahausted & need sleep. I did that major windows update because of the breach & vulnerability & it's never been the same PLEASEEE HELP

Sorry? Have you got the correct Tweaking .com's repair tool? Or followed the steps to the end where you actually do the numbered repairs?

It guides you through stages of preparation, then you perform the repairs in Safe Mode.

Of course, you can just go to Safe Mode, launch the program, and directly run the repairs, missing the preparation... not the best of ideas. It's designed to give you ways of going back if something goes wrong by creating a restore point, registry backup... then doing the repairs.
