Windows 10: Can't update Windows 10 64 bit - error 0xc1900101 - 0x20017

Currently on version 1909 build 18363.1556specs are as follows:gpu: asus strix 980 ticpu: ryzen 5 2600ram: 32 gb storage: 3 different drives Crucial CT275MX3000SSD, my boot drive is a CT1000BX500SSD, SanDisk SDSSDH3500Gpanther newos supeterr.log herecannot create a recovery drivei have a recovery partition, it is disabledi cannot enable reagentthings I have tried:using installation media basic updatesupdating my biosfiddling with the driversall of the wuaservice stop and start thingsunplugging all of my external devices and trying to updateany help would be appreciated, I have not been able
