Windows 10: Can't update windows 10 - Error 0x80070005 0x2000a

Hi, I'm trying to update my windows 10 installation through an in-place upgrade using a usb device, but I can't succeed because of the error 0x80070005 0x2000a got at the safe_os phase. I already tried to perform clean boot, remove unused softwares and drivers, disable windows defender and firewall. I also have no anti-virus installed. By the way the update continue to fail.

May you suggest me anything to try?
