Windows 10: Can’t update windows 10 to 2004

I have a HP Omen 15 that is currently running windows 10 1909 and am looking to update to the 2004 version. However it fails to do so. In the settings for Windows Update, everything else downloads except the Feature Update for 2004. It gets stuck at Getting ready 0% then restarts the computer. After booting it up again, the same thing will happen. I have tried troubleshooting but it displayed no errors.

I also tried using Windows Update Assistant but the same thing happens. It will start downloading then it will just restart randomly. Is there any other way to update or fix this?


Also, I just recently removed the malware winrsmrv.exe that my firewall has been constantly blocking. Is this related to my problem? Thanks.
