I cannot update windows 11 21h2 to 23h2

Hello, my first custom pc just arrived and I cannot update my windows 11 from 21h2 to 23h2. The option appeared the first time but then the system said there was an error and now it doesn't appear when I check update. I wonder if it's because there's no system manufacturer? In dxdiag, it says that it needs to be filled by O.E.M. I already tried running troubleshooter and it didn't fix this issue.
