Windows 10: Can’t update windows after installing new nvidia driver

So yesterday I installed the nvidia game ready driver 526.86. Once you the install of the new driver was done my pc Blue screened with stop cod Memory-Management and restarted. Now I cannot take screenshots, play games that use Battle-eye anticheatgives driver load error 577, install any windows products when I do it says it’s from an unknown publisher and that it can’t run on my pc, or update windows with the windows check for updates feature. I also tried resetting my pc to factory and reinstalling windows but it says it cannot download windows to reinstall and I can’t create a local ins

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

New NVIDIA ForceWare updated driver for Windows Vista February Customer Technology Preview (CTP) build 5308.FebCTP_Final.060217-2200 is now available for download. This driver has no performance optimizations included and has received limited stability testing.

Release Notes:

• This driver does not include an Installshield. You must use the INF installation to install this driver by going to the Windows device manager and manually updating the graphics driver.
• Windows may default to 16bpp color after the driver install and disable the Desktop Window Manager (DWM). To work around this issue set the color to 32bpp and reboot the PC.
• Please view the Product Support list for all products that work with this driver.
• These drivers are tested for use only with Microsoft Windows Vista February CTP build 5308.FebCTP_Final.060217-2200 only.
