Windows 10: Can't update windows due to error 0x800703ed

I am currently on Windows version 1809 and have been unable to upgrade for a year. I am not entirely sure but I think what caused it is this. I followed these steps to install Windows boot manager on my ssd, which is the main one I boot from, since it was missing.

1. Unplug all my other SSDs and HDDs
2. Shrink my C drive
3. Run CMD in admin mode
4. Run these commands:

Diskpart

List disk

Select disk (to put boot manager on)

List partition

Create partition efi

Format quick fs=fat32

List partition

List volume (i.e. the volume letter where the Windows OS is installed)

Exit

bcdboot C:\Windows /s T
​

I skipped this step "Format quick fs=fat32" since it did not work. This might be causing the issue.

I tried the fix which involved changing the partition to active using diskpart but it gives me the error:

The selected disk is not a fixed MBR disk.

The ACTIVE command can only be used on fixed MBR disks.

Update of Windows failed with error code 0x800703ed

I have an issue with update of my Windows 10

Windows Assistant shown the message: "Windows cannot finish security update before your PC updates to newer version of Windows"

After it starts automatic update of the system to newer version and then happens the following error:

Something went wrong

Microsoft can't install important security updates on your PC.

I have tryed install Windows 10 update but there is 0x800703ed error.

I wanna update my Windwos 10 to latest update but cant do it, couse my PC reload and install updates, after that he reinstall changes and say that something wrong. I try check my system for errors (no errors) and try reset update settings - no result. What
i can do next if i dont wanna reinstall windows?
