Windows 10: Can't update Windows or access the Microsoft Store

Im having this issues for a week now, i can't update windows and i also can't use the microsoft store can log in but cannot download anything from it, it started when i restored my pc, i tried these steps from another question:changing the network preferred DNS server to "8 . 8 . 8 . 8" and alternate to "8 . 8 . 4 . 4" disabling antivirus restarting the windows update service via Services cleared the windows update cache- deleted datastore and download folders used windows update and microsoft store troubleshooters repaired and reset the Microsoft Store reinstalled network drivers c

Have you tried to reset the Windows Store as stated in the above response?

Step 1: I suggest you to run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
and check.

1. Press
Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on Control Panel.

2. In the
Control Panel window, select Category and then select
Large icons.

3. Click on
Troubleshooting.

4. Click
View all and then click Windows Store Apps.

5. Click
Next and follow on-screen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Microsoft signals end of Paint program

Microsoft has confirmed that it will continue to offer its graphics program Paint.

In a recent update, it had listed Paint as a feature that would be either removed or no longer developed.

Paint, renowned for its simplicity, has been part of the Windows operating system since its launch in 1985.

Microsoft suggested it would not remain on Windows 10 by default but did say it would be available for free on the Windows Store.

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store
