    I do not know exactly when this issue arose, but I first noticed it when a USB webcam wouldn't function. I was able to find the device in the control panel, and drivers could be found, but they couldn't be installed. I found on the web that it could be due to my Windows update, so I tried to update but got the error code 0x800703e6. I have tried multiple articles, help threads, videos, etc. I've gotten failure on Windows Media Creation Tool updates, trying to net stop wuaserverv, etc. Help would be appreciated.OS Info:Edition Windows 10 ProVersion 20H2Installed on ‎4/‎25/‎2021OS build 19042.12
