Hi,I can't update windows, reset windows and can't decrypt my drive that has been locked. When I try to update my windows 11, it doesn't respond. It says I missed a lot of updates and eventually states a red indicator next to the update tray icon. So I try to reset it because I wanted to get a clean laptop after all. That doesn't work either from both settings and force reset. Always says some error. So I eventually come to the solution that it's something with the bitlocker thing and yes it is. I needed a product key to reset my laptop so I go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recovery

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    Windows updates won't install!

I had the same problem when i repaired my O/S, i forgot the steps on how to fixed it, but it is in the microsoft support forum.

You have to reinstall the windows updater, then restart the updating service.
