Windows 10: Can't update Windows to 1903. I don't want to re-install help!!!

I have been at this for some time now and I am now getting anxious. I am trying to update my Windows to the latest version however for some reason I am getting errors when trying to update. I have posted on the Microsoft forums and unfortunately I have not had any success. It seems that either Microsoft are not listening or they have just forgotten me. Please could someone help me as I am flailing around like a loose cannon over here!



Right now down to what I am struggling with...

I am currently trying to update Windows to the latest update however I am getting stuck at Feature Update 1903. This has been going on for a while now but I thought it would be fixed in time with perhaps future patches. However I am now annoyed and fed up of waiting for this to be fixed automatically and I am now worried that I may have to re-install windows if this doesn't work. Underneath you can see what Windows has to say from the update window:

So let's go over what I have tried:

Windows troubleshooter, Windows update troubleshooter and Windows Update Assistant. All of these have failed and returned the same result. I have also tried going to the Microsoft Update Catalogue website and it says: "This update is not applicable to your computer" When my system is 64bit and the installer is the 64 bit version 1903. I have also tried to use the SetupDiag tool which has returned this log file:

WarRock 3D Detection don´t works

Hello Guys,

i had a problem with my Card. The card didn´t wanted to change in 3D Modus. Ok now i removed the other 2 Pins and now it runs in 3D Modus in 3DMark06 too. The Card is a HD 2900GT. But my Game WarRock don´t runs in 3D Modus. Is there a List where i can start the game in 3D Manual? Because in Automatic it don´t want start because the Card don´t see that it is an 3D Game. Can someone help me?
