Windows 10: Can't upgrade insider version

I'm currently trying to upgrade version 22557.1 to 22581.1During installation my changes get rolled back. Inside the setupact.log these two lines indicate the problem:2022-03-30 19:56:22, Error SP Operations are not consistent, incomplete operation 130 is scheduled in already completed phase 9.[gle=0x00000002]2022-03-30 19:56:22, Error SP Operations are not consistent, incomplete operation 134 is scheduled in already completed phase 9.[gle=0x00000002]What do now?

• How did you upgrade from Technical Preview version to the final one?

In order to be able to upgrade to Windows 10 final release and remain activated, you will have to upgrade any eligible operating system (Windows 7 SP1\Windows 8.1 Update) to Windows Technical Preview and then to the final version.

If the Technical Preview was a clean install then I suggest you to install one of the eligible operating systems you have and then upgrade to Windows 10.

I suggest you to Perform the below steps and install the Insider Hub.

• Go to Settings, then System and then
  Apps & Features.
• Click on Manage Optional Features.
• Click on Add a Feature.
• Navigate the list, locate Insider Hub, and click
  install.
