  1. Can't upgrade to windows 11 24H2,graphics card driver is not compatible

Hello,i tried to upgrade to version 24H2,but my graphics card is extremely old and is not compatible with 24H2,it's Nvidia's GTX580, from 2010.The upgrade proceeded normally, but the graphics card driver crashes,so there's no image, when booting into windows. So,i went back to 23H2.I looked at the windows update catalog, but the drivers I found there are for the newer GTX1060 and GTX1080 graphics cards, not for the older GTX580 that I have. The Nvidia driver for the GTX580 is from 2018 and for windows 10, although it works also in windows 11 23H2.But it's not compatible with 24H2,so there is no ima

  2. Graphics card compatibility with W10 upgrade

Thank you for your help Andre. I've done everything you recommend:

    • I "uninstalled" NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 integrated display graphics adapter.
    • The only display adapter listed in (devmgmt.msc) device manager now is the recently installed ASUS EAH 5450 graphics card.
    • The update request on the manufacturer's web site says the display driver is the latest.
However, I still get the message that the NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 display graphics has not been made compatible with W10.

    What do you suggest?
