    Cant Upgrade to Windows 11 Because I Need Update Health Tool but the Update Tool does not Work


    I have been having many issues with trying to upgrade to windows 11 again after a factory reset and being forced to go back to 10.There is no option to upgrade in updates. I tried the upgrade assistant and it requires me to use the update health tool that does not open on my computer. I tried to reinstall the health tool and it always goes to "please wait while windows configures" and then disappears and never installs the program. I also tried installing with a USB flash drive and I always get the same error message saying that it cant be installed.My PC meets the system requirements for w
