Windows 10: Can't upgrade windows home to pro

Dell AIO Inspiron PC can't upgrade Windows 11 Home Single Language to Windows 11 Pro, when entering a Windows 11 Pro license it always fails and comes out Error "The Product key that you entered didn't work. Check the product key and try agany, or enter a different one.0xc004f050. Why is that and how is the solution ?

Can't upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and will assist you in the best possible ways.

I suggest you to download and create an installation media for Windows 10 Pro form the link provided below:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10

After the installation media is created, suggest you to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from the installation media. When the upgrade asks for product key, enter the product key purchased for Windows 10 Pro. If it does not accept, suggest you to skip the activation
step. After the Operating System is installed, suggest you to activate by phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.

Can´t upgrade windows 8.1 to windows 10 in Surface Pro 3

Hi

I have a Surface Pro 3 that came with Windows 8.1 installed. I am trying to upgrade it to Windows 10 and installation stops close to the end. I read some related articles in the community and followed most of the suggestions, but it still won´t install. Is the Windows 10 upgrade still free? Any spefic issues or recommendations to Surface Pro 3?
