    Update 3: The problem is back. I have replaced everything but the ONT "main box". Specifically: replaced the computer, the ethernet cable and the router. The problem was gone, briefly, after Verizon rebooted the main box and did a factory reset on the router, but only for about a day. Verizon says it can't be the ONT 'main box" because wi-fi works on all computers and phones that have wi-fi and ethernet works on the Windows 7 computers, so I should call Microsoft. I argued it can't be anything BUT the ONT because everything else has been replaced. I can't have the same softwar
