Windows 10: Can't use accentuation

I have a US keybord but I need to write in portuguese. Until this week I could do it by using the US international, but now it dosent work any more. The buttons in the keyboard are working fine, and the accentuation works in the regular US English. I have already updated the keyboard drives but nothing seens to work.

Accentuation keys typing twice

I'm having a weird issue lately. Whenever I press accentuation keys like ' it types twice, like so: '', "", ~~, ^^ and so on. It has become impossible for me to use accentuated letters (can't even give an example)

Things I've tried:

• Changing keyboards. The problem is definitely not hardware, because the keyboard works perfectly in another computer. Also, I've tested the input and it is not doubled.
  
• Change keyboard layout. If I change from US international (which I use) to US the accentuation stops to be doubled (if I press ', only one ' appears). But it defeats my pourpose, which is using accentuated letters.
  
• Reinstalling windows. I did not format the equipment, just reinstalled in the support page.
  
• Remove all items from initialization. It changed nothing.
  

As a fun fact, whenever I reboot the system, the accents work correctly for a short while.

I'd really appreciate some help, because English is not my first language, and I really need the accentuated letters (it's also annoying in English, because if I want to type "it's" for instance, I have to erase a ' every time)
