    Can't use any Windows applications after blue screen


    Hi!So here's my problem, it's been two months since I had a blue screen, my computer refused to start again until one day it proposed me to reboot in safe mode. Which I agreed on, I thought everything would go back the exact same way.Today my computer works again, I can go on any apps...except the windows ones.The first problem I noticed was that the research bar, calendar, windows icon and image viewing screen wouldn't work. The big issue I had next was to turn off my computer. Now I use powershell to turn it off, I can't do it manually.Any Windows related apps refuse to work basically.I foun

    • Did you get a STOP code?

    Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

    This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well

    Thanks for the help, do you have any further suggestions ?

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts

    • Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
    • Have you tried booting in Safe mode?
