Windows 10: Can't use anything System related

I try to use the store and I get hit with an error saying "couldn't install app, something happened on our end"When I check for updates, it says "We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the internet."If I check windows store app troubleshooter, it says the problem found is "Hanging or Crashing apps" and that it's unable fix all the issues found.I'm just trying to install an app but I can't since it is forcefully being made to download through microsoft stores so it doesn't work.

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
