Windows 10: Can't use certain Alt Gr combinations with On Screen Keyboard in Office

Hi,if I use the stock On Screen Keyboard osk in Windows 10 V. 21H1 in Microsoft Excel or Word 2016 I can't type the Alt Gr characters backslash \ which opens Research Task Pane in Word or [ keyboard layout de-DEThe problem started to show after the 21H1 update.What I already checked tips from people with similar problems: All the languages match display language, keyboard language, Office language, Hyper V is deactivated, no remote desktop is running, Office shortcut for Research Task Pane deactivated.Is this a bug in Windows 10 V. 21H1 OSK in combination with the Office 2016 suite

ALT + GR not working as intended

Cannot type the "{" and "[" character. Which is typed by Holding down "ALT GR + 7" and "ALT GR + 8" Key.

However typing "7" and "8" individually is no problem.

Also typing "@" which is achieved by holding ALT GR + Q works just fine aswell. Meaning every single key works individually.

Funnily enough typing with the on Screen Keyboard works aswell for every other combination except for "ALT GR + 7" and "ALT GR + 8"

 

Alt / Alt Gr keys are not working on physical keyboard

Hi

My ASUS Laptop's ALT and ALT GR keys are not working. It happened when I installed a Free Software named iSkySoft... That program is now uninstalled, but it still shows up in the StartUp list ( as deactivated though )

My on-screen keyborad works as well as an external USB Keyboard.

I have tried Clean Boot - no luck

I have reinstalled the keyboard driver - no luck

I ran Malwarebytes - no luck

I read that a lot of people ran into this problem, and I have followed many suggestions, without succes..

The only things I can relate to this is the iSkySoft installation or when I restart my PC, sometimes it let me choose between WIN 10 ( disc 3 ) or...... WIN 10 ( disc 3 )... ??? Somehow I have 2 identical versions of WIN 10.. Maybe thats it ??

I did install the iSkySoft late November 2016, and when I look at my list of programs, no other programs are installed near that date..

Any suggestions

Alt Gr not working with the key R

Recently I started to work on a custom keyboard using MSKLC as a tool.

I am creating an IPA phonetics keyboard. To make the task easier I used as a base the built-in keyboard United States-International Keyboard, I changed most of the characters that come as default in the
Alt Gr + key combination, all the combination key worked fine except R key (Alt Gr + R) it does not respond at all. I also used other key combination
Alt + Gr + Shift +, here, the R key worked fine. Due to the problem, I decided to set the Unicode character that was causing the problem in another key combination and it worked. Since I couldn't fix the problem, I started
from scratch but the problem continues.

I wonder if there is any solution to this problem if so, I thank whoever may concern, for his/her help, beforehand.
