Windows 10: can't use contact microsoft links

i've tried on a freshly installed browser even, i just keep getting the same error message"access denied you don't have permission to access "https://support.microsoft.com/contactus"Reference #18.911a1202.1719387284.3ca6a339https://errors.edgesuite.net/18.911a1202.1719387284.3ca6a339"i lost access to my second email, and when trying to recover it, it got blocked, if possible would love to have an email or something so i can talk to a human rather than automated messages that aren't very helpful, thanks.

Deleting contacts from Windows 10


When you say Windows Mail Live are you referring to Mail app or Windows Live Mail?

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Open Windows Live Mail.
• Press Ctrl + 3 using your keyboard. Right-click on the contact to delete it if it is a single contact.
• Highlight all contacts by pressing Ctrl + A.
• Click Delete located on the Ribbon bar.
• Click OK when you see the message These contacts will also be deleted from Hotmail, Messenger, and other Windows Live services.

After following the steps above, all your contacts that you have manually added to your account will be deleted however, contacts coming from third-party sites such as Facebook will not be deleted unless you remove Facebook from your account.

For Mail app:

Open People app then delete the contact.

Outlook Contacts - unable to delete contacts linked to another email

I have a few email accounts. In trying to accomplish something I have been messing up the contacts.


Now there are 2 identical entries in Outlook Contacts (both empty)

Contacts some-email-address
Contacts some-email-address

The email address linked to these contacts is still valid and used for receiving mail only. Very sporadically used for sending - maybe a few times a year.
The contacts are empty, rightfully so.

I wanted to delete one, but got a warning "Cannot delete this folder" blah blah.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for your suggestion, but this is a prepaid phone --- no contract. As I said T-Mobile lists the number under an unknown carrier and suggested I contact Microsoft.
