    Cant use epson scanner or phone for file transfer?


    SituationLong story shortI have done and inplace windows 11 upgrade. Kept only the files. Problem still is device manager detects my Epson v700 and my Samsung s20plus. However epson scan or other software for scanning cant see it. Cant access phone files in file exporer. I have enabled everything and done the inplace upgrade. Not sure what else to do? It worked once? Than after reset didnt work since.
