Windows 10: Can’t use keyboard and mouse on windows, can use keyboard on bios but does nothing, can’t...

I had reset Windows 10. I was installing programs like Discord, Chrome, etc. when I got a blue screen with a percentage. When the percentage reached 100% it restarted and since then neither the keyboard nor the mouse has workedI have managed to enter the bios, here the keyboard works but there is no way to solve the problem or I don't know how to do it. In the peripherals > usb settings part, there were 4 options:Legacy USB Support Auto tried enabledXHCI Hand-off

I have had this issue before luckily I have and old PS keyboard and mouse to use until windows loads. What version of windows are you trying to load? Like suggested make sure you have usb support on in the bios and you select to load the driver packages in memory when loading windws

Thanks for your help my PS keyboard is working unfortunately my usb mouse/keyboard still do not work even after having my OS installed. How would i go about selecting to load the driver packages?

Hello guy’s and gals, I was able to fix my mouse and keyboard issue, seems that they were not making a full connection, don’t know why that happened, when I first booted up , seems I had to really force the connections for keyboard and mouse USB Iinto the MB USB port,all is working now , thanks for everyone suggestions thanks
