Windows 10: Can’t use laptop after update

    Can’t use laptop after update


    I have a windows laptop. Bought it last year from Best Buy. I tried to turn it on after not using it for a couple months don’t have much use for it but it prompted me for an update, I did the update, and now it won’t turn back on fully. It goes to blue screen, won’t pop up any box to log in, no cursor, and I’ve been trying all the shift tricks and everything I’ve seen on here. I can’t get it to function after the update. Does anybody know?
